Coffee, Anyone?

I started making coffee last year around November 2015, I think. I also tried to sell it in a Bazaar.
My main goal was to make coffee that would satisfy me the most. I always keep in mind what Chef Heny Sison said during our graduation day, "Make something that you think is good and offer it to people." Or something along those lines! Ha, ha! But basically, don't bake/make something if you don't really think it's something you'd eat or is delicious to you. But of course, taste everything before saying you don't like it.

But, sounds like I am trailing off...my main point is, I'm very happy to start making coffee. But I didn't have one goal, I had others. I wanted to teach people what coffee really is here in the Philippines. Every time I see people drinking Starbucks or Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, I always ask myself, what was I thinking before drinking Starbucks?

I'm so glad I went to Australia and actually found out what real coffee is.
I've made my family and one other person to appreciate coffee more. I made it a point that the coffee I served tasted like the ones I've had in Australia. I'm not totally there yet, but I'm getting there. The smoothness is there but, I need to learn more since there was no need for sugar when I had coffee down under.

But in any case, I'm so happy to have real progress in less that a year.

Cupcake Bouquets

This Valentine's Day that just passed, I had a few cake orders!
I was so happy to have orders that I actually wasn't able to share how I made the cupcakes. But, I just searched it on google.

Anyway, I just wanted to post it here since I don't even know where this blog is going. I'll post one and try to post more! :)

So, below are all the cake orders. Boy, they were difficult since it was my first time making them. Experience = 0. Haha! But, I was able to do it, raking in some money! Yay! I'll continue some more! :)

This is a Chocolate Cupcake Bouquet, 4pcs.

Mini Cupcake Bouquet, 15pcs.

Oh, roses, ribbon roses.
